charming stay!

helpful staff complimentary drinks fantastic view city maps
i found the staff were pretty good too assist with directions. the complimentary drinks upon arrival seemed like a lovely gesture. my room had a fantastic view and the blackout curtains ensured restful nights. the hotel provided city maps, and that helped a lot with navigation.
The elevator felt a bit slow at times. Though, i never had to wait for long.

I stayed in room 12, the charlotte room. It had a sitting area with a couch, a desk, an armoire, and a tv. there was a separate sleeping area with a king bed. the modern bathroom had two sinks providing ample space to place toiletries. i found the decor to be a nice mix of modern and antique elements.
The noise level was noticeable because it is an older building. I could hear noise from the reception area and adjacent rooms.

friendly staff interesting architecture quiet area
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided a juniper berry welcome drink, which I appreciated. The attic room was architecturally interesting and had a WOW factor. The location is great. It's easy to walk into the thick of things but the area remains quiet.
The reception is in the same area used by guests for breakfastwith a busy atmosphere.

convenient location easy access amazing shower main station
The location was REALLY convenient, with easy access to iconic canals. The room resembled the photos. The bed, shower, and bath exceeded my expectations. I especially liked the 10-minute walk to the main train station.
The communal spaces felt a little dated.

All floors are accessible by elevator, with the exception of the top floor. The Deluxe Double Room with View is located on the top floor and can only be reached by stairs.
